Mortgage Tracker is an operational workspace provided for Dream Key Mortgage LLC, operating as Dream Key Lending Group.
Information processed
The platform processes operational loan information and limited contact information needed for authorized staff to create, manage and share approved loan milestones. Access is protected through authentication, row-level controls, role-based capabilities and loan assignments.
What shared trackers show
Anyone with a shared tracker link can see the Subject Property Address and the dates for four main milestones: Disclosures Signed, Conditional Approval, Clear to Close and Loan Funded, plus independent Appraisal Ordered and Appraisal Received confirmations. The tracker does not show a Loan Number. Do not forward shared links.
What shared trackers and agent emails never show
The tracker and agent email bodies do not display borrower names, Loan Numbers, financial information, SSNs, documents, conditions or underwriting information. External milestone emails include the Subject Property Address as the only file reference.
Agent notices and portal
Dream Key controls recipient selection and authorizes limited milestone notices only for real estate agents associated with a transaction. Agent portal access requires a confirmed email and a prior loan assignment. Portal access and notice authorization are separate decisions.
Technology providers
Dream Key uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and data services, n8n for approved workflow automation, and Google Workspace for email operations. Dataexpn does not sell personal data or use it for independent advertising or marketing.
Responsibilities and limits
Dream Key controls data accuracy, recipients, business use, retention, opt-out requests and regulatory obligations. The tracker is informational only; it is not a loan approval, commitment, closing disclosure or contractual notice. This page does not replace Dream Key's corporate GLBA privacy notice and is not legal advice.
